A healthy brain means a healthy memory, so how do you keep your brain healthy then? – We can say the way we take care of our body is the same way we should take care of our brain. Just like our body needs exercise to stay in shape our brain needs exercise as well.
Being a healthy person will help you keep a healthy brain.
