Brain power improvement is not a challenge and can be done by anyone – How can I increase my brain power? There are many ways we can enhance brain power, the most important one would be following a healthy lifestyle. Along with a healthy lifestyle there are other brain power improvement methods you can use to enhance brain power.
Teaching your brain something different frequently can really improve your brain power, for example; if you use your right hand to brush your teeth all the time then sometimes you should try using your left hand. Unless you do this a lot you will notice how bad you do with your left hand.
How can I increase my brain power?
By doing the opposite of what you regularly do. If you use your right hand to write and then you try to write with your left hand it would be almost impossible, right? What this means is that your brain doesn’t know how to command your left hand to make the moves in order to get the results wanted. Your brain already knows how to control your right hand already as you grew up using mainly your right hand for everything. Our brain has two parts; the right side of our brain controls the left side of our body and the left side of our brain controls the right side of our body. Confusing much?
It’s pretty simple; try teaching yourself how to write with both hands, learn how to use both arms, both legs and things like this. Basically your brain is learning new stuff every time you force yourself to do something new. I would say this is one of the best ways to improve your brain power.
