Can I Tell You How I Improve My Memory?

You’re in this site because you want to know how I improve my memory. Not necessarily how I improve my memory but how anyone can improve their memory. Memory is really important for everyone, for life itself, without a memory there wouldn’t be life. What’s the point of living life without the precious talent to remember and have beautiful memories. Having a good memory can be the difference between a happy and unhappy life. Just think about it. It’s time you consider taking care of your memory.
Eat healthy, do a lot of exercise, just don’t sit on the couch for more than you need to, otherwise your brain will be useless as an old dirty couch. Don’t believe what they say, “If you don’t use it you lose it” that’s not entirely true but if you don’t use your brain, it will decrease its performance. The less you use your brain the less your brain is going to function, is like keeping a computer asleep. When you keep your brain in a sleeping mode, it will do nothing for you. Get it?
So now can I tell you how I improve my memory?
Of course and I share all of my experiences and knowledge in this site. Can I tell you how I improve my memory for free? Yes! Although there is a lot more of information that is far beyond from being posted in this site but the best free information is here and you should be taking advantage of it!
The main way I improve my memory is by coming up with little clues when I want to remember certain information. For example if I place my car key in an unusual place like for an instance I hang the car keys on a nail behind a door of a room I have never walked into. So for me to remember where I left the keys after a long time, I tell myself to remember the words “Nail” and “Door” by telling myself these two words it will make it so much easier to remember for days and months. You can notice a big difference when you just walk in a room and hang the keys on the nail behind the door without thinking about it at all and when you walk in the room and actually do what’s said above. Guarantee you’re most likely to forget when you do not pay attention!
