Living a healthy life is always good and in this case it is really important for our memory as well. A healthy brain is a healthy mind and good memory power comes along with that. Living a healthy life means eating healthy, exercising couple times a week and being an active person full of energy.
Now along with the healthy lifestyle you also need to take care of your brain’s health the same way. Exercise your brain couple times a week; eat the fruits and vegetables that contain the vitamins our brain needs to stay healthy. This is one of the most important tips to increase memory power. Be Healthy!

As mentioned above we need to eat a healthy diet; there are certain foods that are really good for our brain’s health. For example fish contains Omega3 which is very important for a better brain’s performance, fruits and vegetables rich in Antioxidants like raspberries, cranberries, small dried red beans, pinto beans, black beans; these are foods that contain Antioxidants.
A diet rich in Omega3, Antioxidants, Vitamin B12 and Iron – it will improve your memory power and it will help you keep a healthy brain. Eating the right foods is important!!

How many times a week you do any type of exercise?
Exercising is very important if you want to stay healthy, along with a balanced diet of course. You don’t have to be an athlete but exercising couple times a week shouldn’t be a challenge for you. As we age exercising becomes less and less likely to be in our daily routines, we should take advantage when we’re young as it’s easier to keep an exercise routine.
Try making a schedule, create your own exercise routine and place it on your fridge. Make an schedule according with what you feel more comfortable with; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – begin with some stretching for about 5 – 8 min, 10 min sit ups, 5 min jumping jacks and finally a 15 min walk. This is just an example of what you can come up with, it’s easy just try!
Well we can say these tips to increase memory power are really simple and can really make a difference in your life, of course it will take a huge act of will but it is not something challenging that you cannot accomplish.
